The table above shows when each of the doctors is practicing at the surgery. As well as holding surgeries and phone consultations, each doctor also takes a share in the duty doctor rota (covering home visits, emergencies and the Minor Injury Unit at Blairgowrie Community Hospital). Each of the doctors also has a commitment to provide care in a local nursing or residential home, carry out ward rounds at the Community Hospital and some also perform minor surgery, coil and nexplanon clinics and diabetic clinics. These other commitments may affect a GPs availability for bookable appointments on occasion.
